据南华早报消息，中兴通讯将任命德国子公司前首席执行官、电信云与核心网络产品线总裁徐子阳为中兴通讯新任首席执行官。同时，任命中兴通讯无线研究院院长、副CTO王喜瑜为新任CTO。
至此，赶在与美国商务部签署的和解协议30天有效期内，中兴基本完成了董事会高管的大换血要求。
早在6月12日，中兴通讯发布公告，称已与美国商务部达成《替代的和解协议》。中兴需要在7月7日之前，更换董事会全部成员，并缴清合计14亿美元的民事罚款，以及允许美国方面挑选人员进入中兴通讯的合规团队。
上周五，在2017年度股东大会上，中兴通讯原董事会成员殷一民等共14名董事，正式提交书面《辞职报告》，并选举产生8名新任董事，包括李自学、李步青、诸为民、方榕、顾军营、蔡曼莉、Yuming Bao（鲍毓明）、吴君栋等。
中兴通讯在会上，正式选举新任董事李自学为公司第七届董事会董事长。
